Home collect storage gives you the ability to store items in a safe secure environment without leaving your own home. Just pack your storage items in a box, book storage on our website and we'll send a driver around to collect them. The website allows you to choose a return date so your items are delivered back to your door when you want them.
Q. Can I get a quote without being hassled?
Absolutely! We promise never to phone or hassle you when you get a quote on the website. We don't have super special deals that you can only get by speaking to one of our pushy sales representatives. We provide the best competitive fair quote we can every time.
Q. How secure it storage?
Our storage facility is in a gated and fenced perimeter. Doors to the storage areas are all alarmed. And there are staff on site during working hours seven days a week. Not quite as good as the Tower of London, but close.
Q. How long can I store items for?
Anything from 2 days to years, we're here for as long as you need us.
Q. What if I want my stuff back early?

Of course, were always happy to store your items for a longer. Our website provides quote for extended storage. Just login to the site and extend for as long a you like. And the good news is additional storage comes as an even better price.
Q. Where's your phone number?
We don't have a dedicated support team. Our staff who provide support also work in the warehouse and are often not at their desk. This is all part of our philosophy of providing a quality service at a reasonable price. We can't guarantee to be able to answer calls so we don't advertise phone number. But we are able to respond to email or web enquiries and we do promise to respond to all enquiries within 3 hours during the working week.

Weeks, months, whenever you want. We don't have any restrictions on when you can make a storage reservation.
Q. What's the maximum / minimum size of storage?
We can store any size of items, from a simple match box to a home full of furniture.
Q. Can I collect my belongings?
Of course. We're based in Isleworth West London you're welcome to collect your belongings rather than us shipping them back. BUT do contact and arrange the collection with us before turning up. We careful arrange storage items based on there expected return date, it could take us several hours to retrieve your items.
Q. What items cannot be stored by Agile Storage?
Items such as hazardous materials, perishable goods, and illegal items are prohibited from storage units. Be sure to read the facility's list of prohibited items before renting.
